Mesa Boutique offers preordered Bid Day Baskets for every Kansas State sorority.
Once Bid Day begins, Kansas State University Panhannelic Council provides us with a master bid list of its new members. We use that list to match every preorder to the correct sorority, so you don't have to know your student's chapter before ordering.
We then custom-create each basket with sorority-specific merchandise, fresh flowers from Wild & Blooming Floral, and candy before delivering it directly to your student's sorority house. Your new member will receive her basket on Bid Day to open alongside her new sisters during the celebration.
Each basket is thoughtfully curated to help celebrate this exciting milestone and includes:

FAQs
When is the deadline to order?
August 16th is the deadline to place a Bid Day order. We recommend placing orders early before they sell out.
When will Bid Day gifts be delivered?
Mesa Boutique will deliver Bid Day gifts to the sorority houses on Bid Day as a new celebration/welcome for new members
How will we know which sorority she will receive a bid from?

What will happen if a girl does not receive a bid?
If she does not receive a bid, we will update the order for her to receive a “welcome student" package instead - which includes a $125 Mesa Co Boutique gift card along with a beautiful bouquet of purple flowers to help celebrate the start of her first week at Kansas State University. We will deliver this basket to her dorm room the following Monday of Bid Day. *Please notify our team by 8 a.m. on Bid Day to change the basket preference.
What will happen if a girl drops recruitment?
If your daughter drops recruitment on Bid Day or before please call us to update your order to a "welcome student" package, described above. Otherwise, the custom made basket will still be delivered to the sorority house because we will have no way of knowing she dropped.
Can my daughter exchange sweatshirt sizes?
No. These sweatshirts will be custom printed. If you have questions or concerns on sizing, please contact the (Mesa) team by phone for assistance.
