Refund policy

 

Provided that items have not been washedworn, or purchased on sale, you may exchange them or request a return in the form of store credit within 14 days of receipt. Final Sale items are not eligible for store credit, exchange or return.

Please note: if the item is returned past the 14 day limit or does not fit our return guidelines, the item WILL NOT be eligible for return.

Mailed returns: Please mail qualified returns to (Mesa Collection Boutique Returns, 411 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas, 66502). Please send us an email to alert us of the return at support@mesacoboutique.com.

In store returns: Please bring your qualified return in during our store hours. If you can't make it to the store during store hours within our 14 day return window, you must mail us your return.

Once your return is received, we will issue you a refund for store credit. If you placed your order online, your refund will be sent via a gift card in 2-4 business days to your chosen contact method (email/text) when you placed the original order. If you don't receive your refund within 2-4 business days, first check your junk email and then email us at support@mesacoboutique.com. If you do not hear receive a notification that your item has been refunded in 7 days from mailing back to us, then please email us!

> Non Eligible Returns

All sale items and all sale discount codes exceeding 30% off are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return. Any sale items or accessories returned, will NOT be processed for return credit. If you wish to have the ineligible item mailed back to you, a $10 fee will incur. 

All eligible merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the original condition with tags attached. If items have make up, deodorant, or other stains/odors you WILL NOT be given credit. If you wish to have the ineligible item mailed back to you, a $10 fee will incur.
