ORDERING

What size should I order?
Most of our items are a true to size fit. However, if you’re worried about the fit, you can always look at our model specs, OR email us at support@mesacoboutique.com.

How long until my order ships after placing an order?
We do our best to ship your order within 24 hours of you placing the order. You will receive tracking information on your order as soon as your order ships. We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx.

How do I know my order went through?
You will receive an email confirmation from us once your order is placed.

RETURNS

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes we do. Please see our return policy for more information. 

How long does it take to process my return?
Once your item is received it takes 5-7 business days to process. However, our returns department is ALWAYS on top of their game and can usually get it to you quickly!

Can I return a sale/clearance item?
No. All sale/clearance items are a final sale. No exceptions.

I returned an item and it has been more than 7 business days and I still don’t have my credit, what do I do?
Email us: sales@mesacoboutique.com and we will get right on the investigation!

How often do you get new items?
We generally have new items arriving daily. 

Can I order online and pick-up in store?
Yes! You can order from our website and select "Pick Up In Store" at checkout. If you are paying with PayPal be sure to select pick up in store before completing your checkout. 

Why do you have such limited store hours?
We do our best to offer shoppers both in-store and online shopping experiences. The town are store is located in doesn't get much foot traffic passing through during the day, so it works best for our customers to be able to shop outside of the typical 8-5 window. 

How should I wash/care for my items?
We recommend reading the care instructions normally located on the inside tag.
