Recruitment Gifts FAQ

We're excited to help make your student's recruitment experience even more memorable! Whether you're celebrating Bid Day or sending a little encouragement during recruitment week, we'd be honored to be a part of this special milestone.

What is a Bid Day Gift?

A Bid Day Gift is a special package delivered to your student's sorority house after she has accepted her bid.

Once Bid Day concludes, we will receive the official new member lists and match each order to the student's chapter before making deliveries. Whether you're shopping for your daughter, granddaughter, sister, or friend, we have something for everyone. 

When will Bid Day gifts be delivered?

All Bid Day baskets will be hand-delivered to each sorority house on Bid Day between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, following each chapter's designated delivery schedule.

How will you know which sorority she joins?

After Bid Day, we will receive the official new member lists. Once we receive those lists, we'll match your order with your student's chapter and prepare the appropriate gift for delivery.

If we are unable to locate your student's name, we will contact you before processing your order.

What if my student can't find her gift?

With many gifts being delivered around the same time, packages can occasionally be placed with other gifts in the chapter house. We encourage your student to check with her chapter members or house staff first.

Once a gift has been successfully delivered to the sorority house, Mesa Co Boutique is unable to retrieve or relocate the package.

What happens if my student does not receive a bid?

If your student does not receive a bid, she will receive a $125 Mesa Co Boutique gift card along with a beautiful bouquet of purple flowers to help celebrate the start of her first week of school.

What happens if my student decides not to accept her bid?

If your student chooses not to accept her bid, please contact us as soon as possible at (785) 844-4104 or support@mesacoboutique.com.

If we are notified before the gift has been prepared or delivered, we will work with you on the available options. If we are not notified before delivery, the gift will still be delivered according to the official new member list, as we have no way of knowing whether a bid was declined.
